The Gallery of naive art is founded in the year 1955. Since the establishment till today it has kept the status of culture centre in the settlement.

This is the oldest art institution in Kovačica and it has the broadest range of art for sale and on display.

2. The "Babka" gallery

The private art gallery "Babka" in Kovačica is established in the year 1991.

The aim of its founder, Pavel Babka, was the affirmation of young generation of painters in Kovacica and to draw attention of the public on some other kinds of handcraft art in this town.

The naive art in Uzdin is real art treasure witch, as any other treasury, should be well preserved, but at the same time opened for all people who love fine arts.

This is how the cultural workers Adam Doklean and Dr.Petru Dimca were thinking four decades age when they decided to preserve and exhibit all worth works of painters from Uzdin in one place. The Gallery was opened in 17th of November in 1963.

4. The Gallery of naive art in Padina

The place of exhibition were the naive artists are exhibiting their work is in the culture centre "Mihail Babinka" and it is established in the middle of the 1970.

In the Gallery you can see the pictures of artists who are not the members of Gallery of naive art in Kovacica.

Vladimir M. Fijat

Vladimir M. Fijat was born on 30th of November in 1883. as the third child of Marko and Olimpijada Fijat. He had finished the elementary school in his native place, and later went to Belgrade to continue his education.

He was working as a salesman and as a collector of art works. After the beginning of the First world war in 1914. he reported himself to the Serb National Army of The Kingdom of Serbia. He is a participant of the Salonica front (1916-1918) from where he brought a rich and very precious collection of photo documents and watercolour paintings.

6. The Gallery in Crepaja (Ksenija)

In the culture centre in Crepaja you can visit the Gallery of Ksenija Ilijević, who was the member of former "Group 5", which was present on the art scene in Pančevo after the Second world war.

The members of this group of painters also were: Stojan Trumić, Jovan Vitomirov, Dobrivoje Vojnović and Božidar Jovanović. Ksenija Ilijević was born in Crepaja.
