Orthodox church in Uzdin |
Uzdin
The first church in Uzdin was built in the period
from 1808-1804. year.
After half of the century this church has burned
down in the fire in 1854. y. and on her place
the new one was built in 1854.y. The iconostasis
of that church, which remained till the present
day, was painted by Konstantin Danilo, one of
the most important painters in Vojvodina in the
XIX century.

Crepaja
The first church in Crepaja was built in 1776.y.
two years after the foundation of the settlement.
The church existed until 1822.y. when the building
of the present church, without the tower, has
began. The tower was rebuilt in 1835.y. and the
painting of the inside of the church was finished
in 1860.y. The iconostasis of the church was painted
by the academic painter Jovan Popović.

Putnikovo:
The building of the church in Putnikovo was begun
on 19th of August in 1938.y. (Preobraženje) and
it was finished in the same year in December. The
church is dedicated to the birth of the Virgin,
what is celebrated on 21st of September every year
as the feast Mala Gospojina.The iconostasis, made
of 19 icons, is the work of an Russian emigrant
Vladimir Zelinski, a painter from Velika Kikinda.

Reformation church
The building of the present Reformation church in
Debeljača lasted from 1836 till 1838.y. With its
height of 76 m and with 1000 sitting places, this
church represents the highest and the biggest Reformation
church on the territory of the former Yugoslavia.
The church got her present look in 1903. after the
building of the new dome.
Orthodox Church
The building of the Orthodox church in Debeljaca
has begun in 1934.y. A year later, in 1935., the
church was sanctified. In the same year, the first
man- child, Živan Savanov (born on 18th of March
in 1935.), was baptized.
The inside of the church is painted by unknown author.
There are 41 icons in the church.

The ground plan of the Evangelic church
in Padina was lay on 15th of September in 1834.y.
and the whole building, built by the architect Bartolomej
Hanek, was finished in 1839.y. The church was sanctified
on 31st of October in 1841. in the presence of priests
from Backi Petrovac, Aradac,Gložan and Kovacica.
Within the church, in 1844-45.y. a church building
is built and a year later a school with four classes.
During the years, the church was restored several
times , and in 1925.y. three new bells were placed.
